Landscaping

Four high-end coastal townhouses delivered over three levels, featuring suspended concrete slabs, blockwork construction, private pools and refined coastal detailing. Designed to sit comfortably within the coastal landscape, the homes prioritise durability, natural light and energy-efficient living, and were delivered in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture while working as a partner and director at CHP Group. The project was recognised with an MBA Award for Excellence in 2025.

Adjoining existing garage incorporated within the home's footprint, plus addition of a new master bedroom and ensuite. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 car spaces.

A five level mixed use development comprising eight luxury apartments, two commercial tenancies, and a full basement carpark. Reinforced concrete structure with Dincel and Speed panel facades. Delivered whilst a partner and director with CHP Group in collaboration with Morriachi Architecture & Arcos Engineers, this development was built boundary to boundary with an existing apartment building on its northern side. This was a complicated and challenging build delivered with precision.

Design and Construct project with full interior design package. Addition and renovation of an existing home (originally the worst house in the best street), retaining original character while adding a modern architectural twist. Cantilevered slab and deck design to overcome steep, rocky site conditions, and open-plan living including new master bedroom, walk-in robe, and ensuite. 4 bedrooms plus study, 2 bathrooms, 2 car spaces.

Design and Construct project with interior design package. Renovation of existing property for a growing family, conversion into modern open-plan living with improved natural light. Extensive structural work to achieve large open spaces, including master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 car spaces.

Internal renovation and structural reconfiguration to create open-plan living. Two bathroom renovations, laundry renovation, and kitchen renovation including butler's pantry. New timber decking and outdoor entertaining area. Pool renovation. Installation of approximately 1.5 tonnes of structural steel, installed manually due to restricted site access.

Provincial

Internal renovation to first and second floors creating open-plan living. Removal of structural walls throughout upper levels. Removal and re-pitching of roof to address water ingress and achieve compliant bedroom heights. Two bathroom renovations and laundry renovation. Pool renovation. New carport and front landscaping works. Construction of retaining walls and installation of electric gates. New timber decking. Major remedial works to lower ground level including waterproofing, drainage, and underpinning. Project delivered on a contaminated soil site.

John Oxley

Internal renovation and extension of existing dwelling. Construction of new double car garage. Removal of structural walls to improve spatial flow and usability. Bathroom renovation, laundry renovation, and kitchen renovation. Designed and constructed to comply with BAL FZ requirements.

Renovation of two bathrooms. Internal refurbishment of first floor. Project delivered under a fixed pre-Christmas programme, with design and construction completed within six weeks.
