Malie is a mixed use apartment building that hosts 8 brand new 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 2 commercial spaces including a basement carpark located in Cabarita Beach, Northern NSW.
An elegant project which was developed and built by CHP Group.

This 4 townhouse development boasts 3 levels of luxury residential living in the heart of vibrant Yamba. Each with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 car lock up garages and a pool. Verda is the epitome of luxury coastal living.
A stunning project which was developed and built by CHP Group.

Northern Beaches Business Park
The project involved five building classes, 11 warehouses, 11 x two story offices, four existing heritage office complexes, a 44M tall heritage tower, an Olympic-sized pool, and an indoor golf fit out. NBBP received an MBA award for excellence in 2024 which reflected the teams enormous efforts throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Galungara Public School
Schools Infrastructure NSW commissioned RCC with building stage 2 at GPS in Schofields. This included an additional 20 learning spaces, 3 x Covered Outdoor Learning Area’s (COLA), and new new sets of amenities linking into existing stage 1.

Oakdale West
The 1B & 1C project is located in the new Oakdale West Industrial Estate, Kemps Creek and consists of two separate warehouses with three tenancies and associated hardstand & carparking areas. A total of 12,000m2 of warehousing and 1,500m2 of office space was constructed on the three hectare site.

This project consists of 43,100m2 industrial facility broken down into a 7,500m2 pallet repair warehouse, 840m2 single level office and 26,000m2 hardstand storage yard.

Barker College Sports & Learning
Barker College - The Rosewood Centre - Sports & Learning Precinct
Rosewood Centre is a state-of-the-art 3 storey indoor sports complex. Hosting 2 levels of classrooms, 2 state of the art gym’s, over 20 different sets of amenities, 5 basketball courts, a linking bridge with a café and much more.

Barker College Kurrajong Campus
This 3 level state of the art facility for Pre-school to year 3 boasts a $3.5M external playground built atop a carpark. An exceptional facility hosting a ‘Supawood’ artificial tree internally which captures Reggio Emilia’s philosophy of embracing a learning community in your early years.
